How Do I Get My Instrument?
1) Watch the Instrument Pickup Video above
2) Go to SciTech Blacktop on one of these days/times
Monday, March 15th between 3:00-3:45pm
Wednesday, March 17th between 3:00-3:45pm
Thursday, March 18th between 3:00-3:45m
3) Text your band teachers when you're on your way to school
In a group chat, text your full name (first & last name) to:

4) We'll bring your instrument & music binder out to the SciTech Blacktop & text you back "ready"
Remain off the SciTech Blacktop until you get the "ready" text from your teachers. The SciTech blacktop is behind the gym (where we usually load the band U-Haul truck). See the picture above & watch the video. Do not go inside the building or to the front door. The blacktop is in the back of the building.
5) Drive (or walk) around the building to the blacktop
Park in a parking space if driving, socially distance if walking.
6) Pick up your instrument
Your music binder and instrument will be labeled with your name. Only take your binder and instrument.
OBSERVE SOCIAL DISTANCING RULES
Wear a mask, stay 6 feet or more away from another person, and remain in your car until you receive a text back from your teachers saying "ready."
ADVANCED BAND PIANO & PERCUSSION INSTRUMENTS
Piano & Percussion instruments will also be available for Advanced Band members to pick up.
IF YOU CAN'T COME TO SCHOOL...
Contact your teachers to see if another arrangement can be made to get you your instrument.
